We primarily use high-quality 316L stainless steel, which is durable, corrosion-resistant, and 100% recyclable. Select pieces also feature gold plating or recycled materials.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
How do I find my ring size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring the inner diameter of a ring you already own or using a string to measure the circumference of your finger.
Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
No. Because we use medical-grade stainless steel rather than copper or brass, our jewelry will not oxidize or cause skin discoloration.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all Vitaly products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your piece breaks due to a production flaw, we will replace it free of charge.
